Polish-Austrian expedition to Nanga Parbat 1977. Organized by the Mountaineering Club from Katowice, under the direction of Adam Zyzak. Jerzy Kukuczka, Marek Pronobis and Marian Piekutowski reached a height of about 7,950 m above sea level, climbing the south-eastern wall.
