Polish expedition to Annapurna 1987. Organized by the Mountaineering Club from Katowice under the direction of Jerzy Kukuczka. On February 3, 1987, Jerzy Kukuczka and Artur Hajzer made the first winter ascent to the summit of Annapurna (8091 m above sea level) by the first conquerors route (northern).
